My mission, your event
My name is Bodine and I'm so happy you're here! I have a masters in Neuroscience, 5+ years of working in the field of sustainability consulting and have worked as a (event) moderator for 2 years.
Making your event successful starts well before the doors open. I partner with you from the early planning stages, thinking strategically about how each element supports your events' objectives. My mission is to speed up the sustainable transition, which means to me: building an economy and society that protects the climate and treats people fairly. Hosting events that help move us toward that future excites me. Let's go!
How I see the role of the moderator
Panel and debate
Ensure smooth discussions and clarifying where needed. Debates and panels can get very in-depth. It's my role to keep it understandable for everybody.
Introducing the speakers
Energetic speaker introductions. I always call the speakers beforehand and research their work so I can introduce them in a personal way.
Q&A
Managing your question and answer sessions to maintain clarity and engagement. I promise you, it won't be boring. This is one of the moments we can truely connect with the audience.
Time-keeping and engagement
I keep the program on track and speakers on time, always politely. I love reading the room and adding energy whenever it’s needed.
